While in residential construction, polystyrene used for floor insulation does not have to be particularly durable, in the case of surfaces exposed to very high loads – such as garages – the material must be the best in its class in this respect. Styrofoam Genderka EPS 200 034 Roof Floor boards

Styrofoam marked EPS 200 is the hardest white polystyrene available on the market, which is produced by foaming and forming small compact balls of expanded polystyrene (in the case of EPS 200 polystyrene, the granulates are tiny). The Genderka product stands out from standard EPS boards with its very high compressive strength, thanks to which a floor insulated using this polystyrene can carry a load of up to 6.0t/m ²

Genderka EPS 200 boards  are characterized by very good thermal insulation properties – the lambda conductivity coefficient is 0.034 [W/mK].

Remember that it is recommended to lay the polystyrene in at least two layers in a staggered pattern.

Application:

• very hard roofs,
• heavily congested parking lots,
• plinths in seamless insulation systems,
• floors under a base made of prefabricated panels,
• floors under the floor screed,
• floors on the ground with a floor underlay,
• floors and flooring with underfloor heating,
• walls below ground level.
