Click & Collect

If you order to collect, please wait until you have received a text or email from us ensuring your items are in stock and ready for collection. Also, please be sure to leave the correct phone number and contact information when placing your order. We will get your order ready as quickly as possible, however due to a large volume of orders, it can take some time to pick orders.

Certain items may not be held in stock and may be ordered to the store for collection. Other items may run low in stock in store but may still be showing live stock on the website while stock levels are waiting to be replenished.

As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive a text and can collect in our showroom. Collection is from our Premises in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

Delivery & Returns

In the Building / DIY sector, all products have different delivery characteristics. Charges will vary depending on the weight, size and delivery destination for the order. We guarantee to keep delivery charges fair and as cost effective as possible. The delivery charge for your order is always calculated and visible at check-out.

Our delivery packer system is volume based. This will in most cases provide good results but will never be as accurate as a real person packing a box. Therefore it is important to understand that packing results are as accurate as possible and any anomalies should be accepted. Should an inaccurate packaging charge arise, we will contact you directly before shipment.

We use various couriers that offer a quality delivery service to our customers. We also use our own vans, however this is dependant on size, volume and location.

Tracking not always possible. If it does we will send you a tracking number and the name of the courier company, or even a link that shows the live information of your product/s. You can also call us or contact through the live chat and we will be happy to help.

Delivery time can vary greatly due to a number of factors:

Onlinemerchant sends most parcels with DPD Ireland. DPD Ireland does not cover all items with insurance (e.g. glass, ceramics, liquids e.g. are being delivered without insurance.) Please find more information and lists for goods that are not covered, on the DPD website. Onlinemerchant will do their best to secure the goods for the transport but is not responsible for loss or damage during the delivery.

If an incorrect item is delivered & is not the item that was ordered we will issue the correct item.
