NorGIPS Impregnated Plasterboard 12.5 mm GKBI type H2

An impregnated plasterboard with increased resistance to moisture. The board has a cardboard-covered and flattened long edge and an evenly cut short edge. A hydrophobic substance (paraffin or silicone) is added to the gypsum core of the board.

For use in construction inside buildings. It is intended for use in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In these rooms, the relative humidity may exceed 70%, but may not be higher than 85%, for no longer than 10 hours a day. The board is used as sheathing of partition and curtain walls, wall claddings, suspended ceilings and attic cladding.

Color – green cardboard with blue descriptions.

Application: For interior finishing works in rooms with high humidity.
